Global localization industry but workload is too high

opportunity to work with various and big global companies, to learn localization industry workflow, to work remote

Cons

There are some duties that doesn't belong to the position. System is weak. Project manager and linguist is having hard time to adapt new systems because it is not efficient. It is said that RWS is top company but salary is lower than other same industries. Workload is not balanced by team.

On time Salary and 5 days working

Cons

I am talking about India region, They Hire you as a SDE and give you a another work, No more tech projects, limited projects They hire you with a 2 year Bond and fire you after 1 year saying we don't have more projects. Not good fit for Freshers.
