Business Outlook
Pros
- I am part of a diverse team where people come to the table with varying skill sets - I love being part of the Train AI team because it has a start-up feel to it and there is space to innovate and pivot when necessary - I appreciate my direct supervisor as a leader. I knew since the interview that RWS could be my corporate home based on his authenticity and transparency.
Cons
The only con comes with any remote work which is not being able to interact with colleagues in person.
