Poor training, poor management

Good compensation package, decent salary if you speak foreign languages and have technical skills, great inclusion and diversity

Cons

Poor quality, hectic and short training for a very complex software, the management doesn't seem genuinly interested in the employees, toxic employees, bad organisation, little possibility of role change within the company, before the pandemic there was no work life balance

Cons

Constant burnout caused by the high employee turnover of people and a huge workload Salary increases are insufficient Lack of progression opportunities Office is not easily accessible. They offer a shuttle bus service which is not reliable (sometimes the bus has to leave people behind because there are no spaces for everybody)
