Workload increases like crazy in a short time Management keeps asking "how is your capacity? Can you take on more accounts?" weekly Even though you mention that you don't have capacity to take on more workload - they keep on giving you more accounts Lazy project coordinators - no way to get some people to work - so hardworking employees have to take on their tasks as well It appears the only way to survive in this company is to pretend you're stupid so they don't give you everyone else's tasks!

Note: RWS is a big group and this applies to IP Services division only. IP Services is in turmoil due to the recent financial underperformance. Staff are being restructured; the badly, badly needed tech transformation has stalled. Management (most of whom have never worked anywhere else) are out of their depth and clearly have a strained relationship with the wider group. The company has never been great at managing people or processes but was making progress prior to the merger - now it's back to chaos.
