No computer, super strict, backwards way of thinking, checkers treated like scum of company, in the middle of nowhere

- great environment - superb colleagues - a lot of things to learn - open mined management - interesting work for leading IT business companies - a great opportunity to use English on daily basis

Cons

- time consuming (need to communicate across multiple time zones) - extremely tights TATs on some projects, if you can't work under the pressure it's not a job for you - ups and downs on projects
