I have worked with all departments within Alpha for years and everyone has been a positive role model in their own way. Teams are based on collaboration, and without good work ethics and attitudes this would not be the case. We are all responsible for our own duties, however when I fall behind there are co workers there at a moments notice to help me when I am floundering.
Our managers strongly believe in:

What I have noticed.
There is more empowerment, there is more compassion, and respect then EVER before. We are part of a huge team, however in actuality it feels like a close knit family, a broader version of what we had before. I for one can not be prouder to work for RWS.
I am confident that our accounting team does an amazing job.
I am confident in our project team represent our company and our clients to the best of their abilities and in my opinion always 110%.
