Pros
This company offers the opportunity to work with a lot of extremely talented, creative, intelligent, and caring coworkers. You also get the chance to work on unique projects (contributing to important medical research) with many interesting languages, and to converse people from around the nation and world.
Cons
It was challenging at times to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Many decisions were being made too quickly from those higher up without direct production experience, which lead to poor planning and training, and oftentimes further rapid-fire changes to follow. The company was also becoming more profit obsessed, taking away from the previous focus on quality and people.
