Pros
Their head of HR is extremely influential in the company and focuses a lot on wellbeing. A very organised company that sees projects out from start to finish - rarely do you get frustrated with internal processes.
Cons
A bit disjointed between the different groups that have been acquired over time, however working hard to fix this.
