      Very young coworkers, flexible hours

      Cons

      Salary is bad, benefits are awful, project managers can barely do their job and make everything worse for you. HR are also bad.

      Pros

      If you happen to have a nice manager, then things can go smoothly. WFH is possible although not for everyone and certainly not every day. The facilities are good overall.

      Cons

      The salary is plain bad so prepare to be underpaid. They are very picky in their recruitment process yet you are underpaid and expected to do a fantastic job. Aside from that, looks like the upper management (also known as "the board") don't exactly know what they are doing. They truly believe having free coffee and a carpet can be called a benefit (It's not). Being thrown under the bus by your own colleagues is frequent (and sometimes encouraged by Senior employees, like Program Managers).

      Opportunity to try different things and develop if you want to.

      Cons

      I don't know if it's typical for the industry, but the job is pure slavery for the client, who must be always right (even when he isn't) and the PMs support that, instead of supporting their subordinates and team members.
