Good salaries Friendly environment Nice company culture - relaxed, low stress, nice managers Good perks but they differ form country to country

Cons

The equipment is not always the best(the computers are sometimes older and the process to get a new one is difficult) Depending on the department you work on some of the procedures are cumbersome
