Low salary when compared with other localization companies. The competency to become market leader is slightly low.

Great work culture, and strong leadership. I would highly recommend this company as a great place to grow professionally.

Sometimes being salary really sucks. During busy periods you can work extended hours or even weekends, and not be compensated financially or with time off.
