      Pros

      Very well structured company, offers lots of support, learning opportunities, and tools to make things happen. You have a chance to deliver more than the job requires and shine on yourself.

      Cons

      The company is stuck with some poor internal tools and even their Microsoft provided ones work poorly. We need better task management tools (Monday.com), better notetaking tools (Notion), use Grammarly as a standard to make sure there are no blatant typos. Just some ideas.

      Pros

      Some good people and good perks; good Group management although divisional management is highly variable; generally safe and stable although there were some redundancies recently.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for career progression; poor communication and transparency (they are trying to improve this); low salaries unless you're on commission; poor location of head office; often conservative and slow to change; see staff as expendable.
