      Pros

      Interesting work. and better paid than when I worked in a research lab. I got on well with everyone there.

      Cons

      Transferred from London to near DC after a promise of a later promotion when someone retired. It turns out the job had also been promised to someone else, and they gave the job to that guy. I never got promoted to Executive VP as they had promised, and was tricked into transferring to the US.
