      I love my working environment and they are very flexible when it comes to your working style preference.

      Cons

      Low pay, layoffs, the company has been up for sale for a minute, massive disorganization at the executive level. The development team keeps breaking the majority of the technology that’s used on the daily, it becomes difficult to get work done

      Sometimes (max twice a year) we have a day where we’re not over-worked

      Cons

      Pay is poor There’s too much work with not enough support Pay is abysmal There’s no career opportunities Diversity progression is little more than lip service Pay isn’t enough for the work we do Management don’t want to help CEO has a track record in previous companies of getting rid of a lot of employees… Pay is appalling.
