If the pay was better, I would have stayed at this job!
Pros
Great vacation time and benefits offered. I was fully remote, as well so the work life balance was amazing. Better than most companies. During my 2.5 years, I had 3 different managers, all of whom were extremely supportive and trusted me to get the work done. No micromanaging, which was great. I simply have no cons about my time here, other than the pay.
Cons
Translation industry in general is underpaid I feel, PM position is no exception. I got a minimal raise the first year working here, the second year, there was no raise as the company had said they did not meet their financial goals. Unfortunate as had the pay kept up with the cost of living and also the going rate for a certified PM, I would have had no issues staying here long term.
