      Pros

      Excellent working environment. Good bonuses. Great place to learn in an organized manner.

      Cons

      Salaries are nor in line with market value in pesos. Seniority levels should be more realistic. They believe 2 years is healthy to have a revision, but the amount of work you're already doing in your current category is already a lot.

      Plenty of job for graduates, colleagues are really nice

      Cons

      It is expensive to get there (unless you live in Chalfont, which is expensive in itself), the salary is too low for the workload, poor management (who are really detached from the reality of the workers)
