      Pros

      The job was great while it lasted. No complaints about the company per se. Tried its best to keep the team employed when the external client wanted to terminate the service

      Cons

      Sadly it came to an end when the external client decided to switch to snake oil 'AI' (a bot, which as you may be able to guess, cannot replace humans) for the site we were supposed to curate. Not RWS/SDL's fault it happened
