      - lots of great talented people work at RWS, they inspire you and you can learn a lot from them - very nice offices and home office is not an issue for the employer - nice benefits

      A lot of overtimes (at least it was paid) and stress. I spent more time doing admin job and managing projects than translating.

      Flexible working does work for us with children

      The company is crumbling from the bottom up. Management decisions are affecting the bulk of the employees without consultation from the actual workers. People have had enough, this company don't care one iota about their staff. The support functions are being stripped away and it's only a matter of time before this feeds upwards to operations and sales staff. Beyond the point of help at this point.
