Excellent colleagues Hardworking and smart people too much to do on a daily basis busy work life Qualcomm culture is really good Work life balance is OK Remuneration is good

Cons

No overtime money Monotonous work too much US dependency No other cons I can think of as of now, so far so good.

Good benefits. Decent salary. Some of the real engineers are really good.

Cons

Work overload. Too much micro-management. To many meetings. No path for career progress - to many people entrenched in their positions. The engineers who have become managers are useless and just add fat to the middle and top of the company. Horrible "free coffee".

If you enjoy working 24/7. Checking email at 11pm and starting your day with an 8am meeting, this is the place for you. More hours you put in, more success you will achieve. No mercy attitude towards a family person wanting a few stress-free days with family.
