Pros
Good benefits. Decent salary. Some of the real engineers are really good.
Cons
Work overload. Too much micro-management. To many meetings. No path for career progress - to many people entrenched in their positions. The engineers who have become managers are useless and just add fat to the middle and top of the company. Horrible "free coffee".
