      Pros

      They offer benefits which are not matched by many companies out there

      Cons

      Can be a very tough environment to work in. People tend to hoard information and data if there is any feeling that information may help someone else for fear they will loose out on compensation/merit increase. This creates counterproductive environment.

      Pros

      College like atmosphere with a lot of smart people looking to learn and grow. I've been there for 13 years and have great appreciation for what they company has done for me and the wireless industry.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized at times, takes on for commitments then staffed for. Management changes and frequent, small scale layoffs are all part of the job.

      Pros

      the best reason to work at qualcomm would be Work culture, peoples, along with these you will also gain the knowledge while working with brilliant people who are always ready to share their knowledge with you.

      Cons

      I guess its may no be a correct place to join the fresher, its better to join qualcomm after some experience, specially at higher positions.
