      Pros

      It's a great time to work for Qualcomm. The stock has been doing well and the smartphone market shows no signs of cooling off anytime soon. I also appreciate the opportunity to work with a lot of really smart people.

      Cons

      While the Qualcomm's growth is generally a good thing, I think it is still struggling to adjust its processes to handle the massive number of products it is trying to ship out the door. As a developer, I think there's a lot that could be done to streamline Qualcomm's current software development process. Admittedly, this is a good problem to have.

      Pros

      Corporate housing. Relocation is paid for. Very excellent free gym access. Flexible hours depending on your team. Casual work environment.

      Cons

      I felt that there wasn't enough attention in terms of mentoring given to me as an intern. The pay could've been a bit more when compared with other similarly sized software companies.
