      Very good environment to learn, tremendous learning opportunities. Very good work culture Huge learning resources Lot of independence in executing tasks.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are being reduced and bonuses are getting smaller. Not a good long term indicator. Balance between work & personal commitments requires close attention

      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. Even though budgets are tight, we keep deploying the latest applications and skills stay up to date.

      Cons

      Layoffs combined with long hours and no "fun" events have taken a toll on morale in the company. Recently announced changes to the 2016 health care plan has turned it from one of the best in the industry to average.
