      If you are ready to work like hell just for the package, then its your place. You will be paid well.

      Cons

      Everything. they treat you like slaves. Think that you are a robot designed to work and nothing else.

      Great company, decent annual package and a great city to live in. Good infrastructure for engineers to grow

      Cons

      Great company with not so great people. QCT work culture sucks !! Heavy mismanagement leading to redundant action items and work load on engineers.
