I encourage you to join our all hands on call next week where our CEO will and leadership team will share about last years results and next years plan. We are going through a time of change due and that can certainly be challenging. I can share that we believe the merger with the private equity company Thoma Bravo, presents an outstanding opportunity to take our company to the next level of growth and innovation. The move to become a private company as part of that merger gives us enhanced flexibility and resources to invest in our expanding growth opportunities.

      Used to be a great company to work

      Pros

      Nice place to work. The colleges were like a second family everybody was willing to help.

      Cons

      The acquisition is the worst they just lay off a lot of people, even people who have been working there for more that 20 years. There was not announcement about the lay off, one day to another everybody in the USA, Australia and Indonesia was lay off.

      Thanks for your comments. A coupe quick corrections, while some employees were unfortunately impacted in the USA, we continue to have and plan to have large workforce in the USA . We do recognize that whenever an employee is impacted that this is very difficult transition. We have provided all those impacted with resources and support to help in this transition and we want to be sure that they transition to the next opportunity with success.
