      Hard to see any since private equity bought them.

      Laying off is US and shipping jobs overseas. Only the worst people are still here and morale is in the tank

      Thanks for your candid feedback. We did enter to a merger with Thoma Bravo and we believe this transaction presents an outstanding opportunity to take our company to the next level of growth and innovation. As part of this we have been re-organizing and it has lead to some jobs being eliminated. We have worked very hard to ensure we provide resources and support to transition to a new job. We are also hiring quite extensively in the United States for Sales and other roles as well as globally.

      Thanks for your feedback! It is a time of change, and we are working on ways to be more clear and communicative to employees throughout this change. Next week we have all company meetings scheduled where our CEO and Senior Leaders will be sharing about our past fiscal year and our go forward strategy.
