      Thanks for your comment and I am glad to hear you are experiencing our culture so favorably. It is certainly a time of change for QAD. We also recently have a new Chief Revenue Officer and new SVPs of Sales under that person. I have already seen strong leadership from this team and believe this will help with the clarity and avoiding confusion in the future.

      Old Technology, Less Career Growth.

      Pros

      1. Most of the people are good in behavior except some TL's 2. No salary cut during covid-19. 3. Quarter parties are good.

      Cons

      1. Old Technology, No career growth. 2. TL does not lead by example. 3. After acquired by Thoma Bravo, Lots of layoff happening. 4. No support during covid-19 apart from vaccination. 5. HR Business Representative is unprofessional and does not reply to mails for months. 6. No work life balance in T3.

      Thank you for your work at QAD for over 6 years. We really appreciate it and I hope you have found a great new opportunity in your current career move. I will share this with our HR team so that we can review and improve. Many of our employees in Mumbai started as interns and have advanced to senior positions and leadership positions. We see a lot of career advancement and am sorry that you did not find this. We will review the T3 area and where we can improve and better communicate how to advance.
