Thanks for your review and over 20 years of service at QAD! With the Thoma Bravo acquisition we have been taken some different strategies on spend an how we utilize resources. We are also investing in many areas. Now that we are through our first year of the acquisition we are gaining a lot of momentum and we hope you start to see a change in this area.

I love this place. They have been through some significant changes in the past two years to ensure they are building a strong company for the next 50 years.

Cons

Working through transition is hard, but the people here at QAD are honest, humble, willing to work hard and highly customer centric. They care about my onboarding and being inclusive so that I can become productive very quickly.
