      Pros

      The people are by far the best positive of QAD. Unique problem solving opportunities and collaboration. The product direction is moving the right way. Every day poses a new and different challenge to face, it is never boring!

      Cons

      Long tenure sometimes leads to stale ideas. Not enough resources at times to do all that is needed.

      Excellent work place, great teams, people are always trying to help each other, one day a week there's free lunch

      Cons

      Salary, they pay the average and sometimes below average, it is located in a very conflictive area, living near the office is very expensive, thus commutes are very long, up to 2 hours
