      Generally good teamwork with peers. A lot of training is provided and they have good parties

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement Input to leadership is ignored. A lot of favoritism.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are implementing internal mobility programs. I am sorry to hear of the experiences re: input ignored / favoritism. I will share internally. We do not want that to be the employee experience.
