Over my long career at QAD I have been given many great opportunities, moving to and working in several different countries. The company has provided lots of exciting challenges in a fostering and nurturing environment. I always have the feeling that this is a place that cares about its employees and emphasizes a healthy life vs. work balance.

Cons

Over the years I would have liked to see a better stock performance.
