QAD has a very good working environment. It is very flexible and people is nice so a lot of people work there for quite a long time.

Cons

Structure changed and the workload is getting bigger and bigger.

Thank you for your service to QAD of over 20 years! We really appreciate it and the contributions you have made! I also hear and acknowledge regarding workloads. We have a lot of projects and work in progress and it certainly has added to workloads. We are also hiring extensively with openings in multiple locations globally. We are working to implement new technologies and staff to help augment this and are working to improve this overall.
