Nice place to work, bosses are aware of your needs, you work from home and this place gives you the balance between your personal life and work. I'm very happy to work at QAD.

Cons

A lot of customer so we don't provide a good customer experience.

The flexibility of remote work allows for easier balancing of work and personal responsibilities. Management listens to concerns and makes you feel like a person, not a number.

Cons

Effective changes take time to implement, and job responsibilities and expectations are often unclear.
