Cons

Pharmacy in Tennessee district is under terrible new management for about 3 years. There is no communication between supervisor and staff leading to horrible reviews. Most stores are working on such short staff that there are no breaks for bathroom or eating for a full 12 hour shift. Very stressful and not sure how this could be legal. I had 5 good years and 3 bad years. Heading in the wrong direction as a place to work.

Pay is good,401K and stocks.

Cons

I worked there for over 10 yrs. 6 yrs in management.When I turned in employee evaluations,I was constantly told to lower the scores.Lower scores means no raises for employees who deserved their raises.

Good advancement opportunities, fellow associates are good to work with.

Cons

Bonuses got taken away, and the .65 cent raise is a joke. Less and less hours allotment to get job done every couple months. Expect 2 people to get 5 people's job done which is unacceptable for a department that does 30k a day. Upper management who has never worked in a department think they know what's best for the department. Big disconnect between managers and employees. A multi billion dollar company that puts band aid's on broken equipment.
