Be humble but strong : don't just say it, apply it !
Pros
Proxiad is a human firm with "only" 180 employees. It is something significant because you can know everybody in a short period of time. Not only people like you but also the managers of the firm. Also, what is really nice are group party or meetings where you can meet everybody. You can have a drink with a manager, others ingineers, ... During theses meetings, the managing director inform you about the health of the firm, the contracts just signed and the futur.
Cons
A recurrent problem is about career opportunities : they don't do enough to keep seniors (forming process, wages, ...) It seems that they try to recrut new people but don't promote actual people. Because the firm is not very big, you don't have much advantages out of the work.
