      Pros

      Salary is normal for the country (Bulgaria) while you are junior. Workflow is low most of the time (can be both good and bad, depends on what you are seeking)

      Cons

      Salary increase is laughable after you become Mid. Management is bad and in general the whole administration is unprofessional.

      Really good place to work. The best management I have ever seen.

      Cons

      The company is an outsourcing company working with remote clients. Some of the clients require the management of the developers to be in their hands which sometimes wasn't good.
