      The office is nice, the colleagues are friendly, it's a good place to gain experience in a new sphere if you are changing direction; parents friendly since working hours are more or less flexible; only two days per month mandatory in the office

      Cons

      Salaries way under the market range; for that reason there's a big employee turnover
