      Pros

      The team is very friendly but of course the intrigues appear too. The office is new and vast. It is an open-space. The social politic is not the fort part of the company. There are two times in the year "team buildings" spring and autumn. The hardware is different - there are powerful work stations but an others are slow. It is necessary to want. It is a practice to work overtime that is paid. The technical management is a mess. The HR team is only one person who takes care of the recruitment.

      Cons

      Sometimes the intrigues rule. Some people are living for gossip. The social politic is not the fort part of the company. The additional healthy assurance is missing.

      Pros

      Proxiad is a human firm with "only" 180 employees. It is something significant because you can know everybody in a short period of time. Not only people like you but also the managers of the firm. Also, what is really nice are group party or meetings where you can meet everybody. You can have a drink with a manager, others ingineers, ... During theses meetings, the managing director inform you about the health of the firm, the contracts just signed and the futur.

      Cons

      A recurrent problem is about career opportunities : they don't do enough to keep seniors (forming process, wages, ...) It seems that they try to recrut new people but don't promote actual people. Because the firm is not very big, you don't have much advantages out of the work.
