      Pros

      Competitive salary for the region. Small bits and pieces which makes you feel included. Organize activities and courses to learn.

      Cons

      Find a better health insurance provider. Bulgarian branch is very good in every aspect.

      Pros

      The people there are really nice and can make you feel like you are having some great time together. Also some of them have great deal of experience which is also crucial. No gurus unfortunately. The mobile team (Android & iOS) is pretty satisfied with their work.

      Cons

      Some of the projects are either using old-dated technologies or are too troublesome in terms of internal procedures. It depends on the client and/or project. The company has 120+ people in Bulgaria, so that means that not everybody is satisfied with everybody (Dunbar's number related, I guess). Some people are talking each others' backs all the time.

      Pros

      Colleagues are the best. The office is in a nice location. No pressure (depending on the project). Good team buildings. Leadership is nice also. Life-work balance is very good.

      Cons

      Boring work (projects). Old technologies are used. Low payment. Not many options to grow. Foreign management is bad sometimes.
