Pros
None to speak for the people that do the actual work, but lots of space for lazy and incompetent clerical employees who can not do minor stuff like receive a package from a courier or talk to their colleagues that already have the relevant info. An excellent example of a company you do not want to work for!
Cons
Information that I had provided already was requested again, by incompetents who can't talk to the person a few desks down and must annoy people when they are not yet employees. Pushy, self-centered so called project managers that sound like a cat being slaughtered over the phone. HR that is too busy to post gibberish online to properly process paperwork.
