      Pros

      - Amazing colleagues (!) - Flexible home office policy (+summer office at the seaside) - Adequate benefits - Great location/atmosphere of the offices - Fun team buildings & participation in sport events

      Cons

      There are a lot of charity policies (which is great) but I feel like the communication/internal marketing about them is not done properly so most employees are not too excited.
