Some good people, option for remote work

Cons

Messy, minimal training on company-specific processes. Unorganized, but still lots of meetings. Heavy emphasis on meeting quarterly goals, but no systems of how to reach them. I heard in one meeting from leadership that "people just need to work harder" to meet the next quarters goals.
