Benefits are shrinking, unclear where the company is headed, unclear if we reach profitability, constantly changing priorities, the ones who care get burdened with everyone's work, meetings on meetings, nothing gets finished, no chance to train or be trained, unclear path for personal growth, unclear messaging from management, the best performing employees always leave due to stress and overwork
