Pros

In the beginning you will feel good but after that they will treat you on the basis of your performance

Cons

1. They hardly give you the which you have but you can’t use them. 2. No good incentive or increment also it totally basees on your incentive and sales you have give. 3 if you are under a good TL or manager then its a heaven other than that TL and mangers will harass you. 4. No personal life after joining Pb because they never leave you on time if you have not given sales. 5. HR will just come to take feedback but never worked on that. 6 just for the sake of job they are hiring in bulk and throw them of company not get the sales in 3 month. 7. All old employees are full chamche of their manager and head.

Pros

Earn unlimited incentive hope only.

Cons

I would not recommend working at Policybazaar.com due to a range of concerns that severely impacted my job experience. There was a clear lack of proper training and support for new employees, which led to misrepresentation and confusion when dealing with customers. Additionally, I faced undue pressure and threats from team leads and managers. Public shouting and disrespect from superiors created a hostile and unprofessional work environment. My earned incentives were also withheld without explanation, causing significant financial strain. Moreover, I encountered potential mis-selling practices, which added further stress and could potentially harm customers. These issues were not addressed despite my concerns, making it impossible for me to continue in my role. The company plays with customers much like it does with employees, disregarding terms and conditions as well as human feelings.

Pros

No pros i can think about

Cons

Office Timing 10AM - 12 AM is common , on deployment it goes to 5:30 AM and next days it is asked to wake up at 9AM for support. There is no process, no requirement will be shared, 50 times review will happen with developer and except functionality the focus will be on label name and color.... tester don't get enough time to test and when bugs come it is whole your responsibility... developer needs to be in every single meeting and than has to wake up till 5 am to complete the task....still there will be no appreciation..... Manager will ask you extra careful for each task but run db scripts without a high level check...if someone send blank script he will run that too.... there is no lunch timing since the lockdown started and no dinner time...and manager keeps all meeting between 1-4 and don't even think we need to have our lunch, this is not one time ...this is everyday process. He dont even ask for dinner break during deployment...for him if someone working since 18 hour the reaction comes fine please close this too if possible.... last but not least after 18 hours of work you will get babaji ka thullu
