      Salary package is good. Flexible timming

      Cons

      Your job at stake. Anytime they will fire. HR policy so bad Sales and marketing people dominate IT people. Old and out dated technology using. No career growth.

      1. Day Shift. 2. its in Gurgaon. 3. Located in Gurgaon. 4. Good Infrastructure.

      Cons

      1. Unstructured Organization.(having good infrastructure does not mean that the company is good). 2. No Management. 3. No place to eat (No space in cafeteria you can find yourself sitting on the stairs to eat your lunch) 4. Hire and Fire. 5. Physical and Mental Harassment. 6. Shifts not defined. 7. No formulated Policy. 8. TLs are highly uneducated. 9. "stand up and call" is the policy to give motivation. 10. Fake mask of being a corporate. 11. Employees beg for leaves. 12. TLs and Managers are highly qualified (on the contrary). 13. Policy Bazaar is not a company its a school. 14.The foremost, the CEO of the company can threaten you even if you are not working in the company, I got proofs to prove it.

      salary is credited on the second last day of the month.

      Cons

      No gazzetted holiday. 6 days working. Very low salary. Rules such as mobile phones not allowed on the floor, makes this place suffocating to survive.
