Pros

As with most hospitality jobs the team you work with make or break the job, lucky for me the time i worked for pizza hut the staff became some very close friends.

Cons

Senior management, I found, were completely disrespectful and unwilling to pitch in. Like all restaurants similar to pizza hut staff turnover is high so it was difficult to maintain an appropriate level of standards. support from your manager completely depends on the attitude of that person. some work and some don't

no hope for a raise, ever.

Pros

flexible. it's ok to be late. almost impossible to get fired. and the people can be fun as long as everybody is getting along.

Cons

no chance at a raise. promoting to management would be a total nightmare, for another dollar and fifty cents an hour.

I feel like I went backwards

Pros

The people I work with are nice for the most part. I get time off when I need it. My boss is good.

Cons

Because of labor costs constantly being cut we are forced to work twice as hard for no extra pay. The company makes 15000-20000 dollars a week and I make 150 dollars a week too big of a diiference.
