      Pros

      Given a ton of room to compensate our team members who are our backbone and we cannot operate at a high level without them.

      Cons

      No balance between work and family life as they state is important to them. They do not care, just burn them out and keep rolling in new GM's.

      Pros

      Pizza Hut likes to promote from within. If you are starting out as a team member and want to work your way up, this is a good place to get the experience.

      Cons

      As a salaried manager, you are expected to work a lot of hours and be there whenever needed. You are on call 24/7 and if needed, you have to drop what you are doing and go to work.

      Pros

      It's relatively easy to advance until you reach shift manager.

      Cons

      They do not pay enough, they expect a lot for very little compensation. my experience, management doesn't say anything if you do a good job, but they don't hold back on telling you what they don't like.
