      To Many Moving Parts, Without Clear Accountability

      Pros

      Great people work here, innovation is on the forefront, Went to unlimited PTO, and mental health days for work/life balance.

      Cons

      To many leaders promoted to high level positions that do not know or understand the business of healthcare. Good Ol 'boys club. They talk about diversity and try to have you believe that is a top priority. However, it is not. Outside of women (white) in senior positions, there is no other diversity. Philips is in an identity crisis, they are all over the place.

      Progressive company with a few flaws

      - Benefits - Friendly work environment - Places for advancement/internal roles - Innovation - Team-oriented work - Meaningful work

      Cons

      - Poor management in some areas. - Solutions don’t come quick or easy, if at all. - Work has no direct flow or standard procedure, no structure - KPIs based on statistics associates don’t have regular access to - Cross-compatible software while being told we’d use one or the other for more than 2 years. - Current role came with no formal training or instruction - Role consistently displayed in mundane, negative light by supervisor in meetings or while in office - Consistently asked to bend the rules/policies even though in the name of customer satisfaction
