      Nice place to work, if you know Dutch language well.

      Pros

      Interesting technologies, projects, and software development methodologies. Good, frequent face 2 face contact with the clients, frequent trainings. I liked their drive to improve their development methods.

      Cons

      Most of the senior level meetings are in Dutch. Some of the monthly employee meetings are in Dutch even if there are people, whose understanding of Dutch is not so great. This could be extremely demotivating for some.

      Many long term employees that fail to bring fresh ideas to the table. Personal political agendas tend to prevent progress.

      Pros

      Very simple tasks. Lots of down time. Never really had to work that hard, but put in a little effort and you will look good.

      Cons

      Mindless work for the most part. Was just running software tests on their CT scanners. Many times the tests were as simple as turning the machines on and off for a few hours.
