Pay lacks behind other industry leaders Failure to hold middle management accountable Many middle managers are simply rude, this is not addressed even if brought up. safety culture is a myth, they just want the work done, if you raise safety issues they will push blame back on operators and then punish you in other ways for bringing these up.

Co workers, low level management are nice. Health insurance, flexitime

Cons

Lack of staff. Overloaded schedules. Lack of recognition for hard work. Certain staff fly under the radar with no repercussions. Morale on site is very low. Pay is not on par with competitors. Training is diabolical
